She believes that every child is an individual with great potential and promise. It is the role of teachers to come alongside parents to cultivate each child’s potential by showing them they can achieve their academic goals. Every child deserves an excellent education that prepares them for the future. This includes education on our U.S. Constitution, civics, and finance. She also believes that character is destiny, and it is important to model and teach students how to develop in their character. Additionally, the key to student success is teacher success. For teachers to be successful, they need to feel supported by their administration and their district.
