Sand Creek High School just got fit for the summer with their "HEALTH CHALLENGE '23". Teachers teamed up for a four month contest (January-April) with other teachers in the building to track their weekly minutes of activity. We had seven teams participate with two-four members on each team. Each month, each teams' minutes were calculated to determine a winner for that month. Throughout the four month challenge, 12 prizes were handed out. At the end of the contest, we raffled off the remaining prizes to contestants. We had many cool prizes such as hydration packs, foot massagers, cookbooks, resistance bands and handheld massage guns. It was great to team up with other SCHS teachers to help keep ourselves mentally and physically fit!
