Twelfth-grader Jordan Phillips, 18, signs a letter of intent May 18 at Sand Creek High School. Jordan will play Division I basketball at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. “His journey has just begun,” said Jared Felice, athletic director.
Coach Mark Bowers spoke about Jordan’s character, explaining that he was a true leader “on the court and off the court.”
Trey Harris, Jordan’s personal trainer, explained the athleticism and hard work the student athlete has demonstrated. “He would get better every week,” he said. “He’s one of the few players that do that.”
