Class of 2015: Patriot Learning Center

Congratulations to the Patriot Learning Center class of 2015. Sixty-nine graduates received diplomas May 21 at the alternative learning school in District 49.
 
"We must all remember to live each day to the fullest, in all that we do," said principal Tom Wilke during opening remarks.
 
Alexandra Christine Amaya, 17, and Yarsey Gisella Delabra, 17, received Coca Cola scholarships, awarded to high school seniors who excel academically and in service to others.
 
"Hopefully we all find a way to use our hidden talents. And yes, we all do have special gifts. We can make the world a better place," said student nominated speaker Fletcher Smith.
