Falcon Education Foundation Awards $25,000 to Educators
For the first time since 2019, the Falcon Education Foundation presented mini-grants to almost 30 staff members during the Fantastic 49 presentation on Nov. 10 at Creekside Success Center.
“We are thrilled to be back … we had some amazing grant requests this year, and the foundation is proud to support innovative learning opportunities in District 49,” Kayla Maldonado, foundation president said. “Our mini-grants help make certain projects possible that otherwise would not be able to happen.”
The following staff members were honored as 2022 Falcon Education Foundation mini-grant recipients, and were awarded funds to implement unique and engaging projects in their schools.
