EIES Students Highlight Research at 5th Grade Exhibition

5th graders from EIES hosted their project exhibitions in the cafeteria for student groups to visit and learn about different topics.

Each group had to complete research, create a presentation board, and also include an interactive piece to their project. Topics ranged from keeping water clean, where students had to fish put plastic from a pool, to how community effects change where students recycled plastic bags and created jewelry.

"We were able to come up with the ideas ourselves, which I really liked" said 5th grader, Alexis Comeau.

The students were proud of their work and eager to share the topics with other grade levels from EIES. Presentations continued in the evening for families to view! Thank you to the 5th grade teachers for sparking curiosity, developing ideas, and pushing students to explore!
