Fourth-graders complete artwork Sept. 18 during National Arts in Education Week at Springs Ranch Elementary School in District 49. Earlier in the class, art teacher Brooke Gumucio provided instruction on color theory, encouraging her students to focus on complimentary colors when filling in drawings of hot air balloons.
