Horizon Middle School Recognizes Honor Students
Horizon Middle School recognized students achieving a 3.5 or higher grade point average during the school year at it’s first ever Night of Stars awards ceremony on May 4.
“It feels really good to have a 4.0 (GPA) knowing that I accomplished something great and it feels really good to be recognized for that,” said eighth-grader Rachel Washburn.
Seventy seven students overall were recognized with eight of those students maintaining a 4.0 GPA for the entire year to include no disciplinary referrals.
