IT Support Request

  • SDLogo Submit an "IT Request" for assistance with information technology maintenance, such as those issues related to instructional technologies, operating systems, computer viruses, email accounts or network connectivity.   • Choose the "Curriculum Management" icon in Step 3 for employee assistance with the student information system. Ask for help with administering PowerSchool gradebook, transcript, assessment or attendance data, or with concerns related to its schedules, messengers, surveys and enrollments. Parents and students can find help with accessing Parent Portal or Student Portal at D49.org/ParentPortal.

     

Education Technology Request

  • The Education Technology Request is for any new technology, software, or application that you want to use in the classroom. This includes technology used for curriculum, instruction, and assessment. The technology you want to use must meet certain Federal, State, and District 49 standards for learning and student data privacy.
