Transportation Staff Earn State Honors
Colorado State Pupil Transportation Association held its annual state Bus Road-eo at JeffCo Stadium on May 11.
D49 Bus Driver, Alison Patrowski won Rookie of the Year in GenEd busing and won 3rd place overall in the GenEd Road-eo event. The SpEd Driver & Para Team of Ray Polendo & Heather Albanese won Rookie SpEd Team of the Year and also won 1st place SpEd Team overall in the event.
The award ceremony dinner for the winners is being held at Delta by Marriott in Thornton CO on June 12 and they will be going to the national SpEd Road-eo event in Frisco, TX on Nov 9. The Gen Ed national event is being held in Austin TX from June 29-20.
