School to Work Alliance Program (SWAP)
The School to Work Alliance Program (SWAP) supports current transition efforts, creates career pathways with pre-employment transition services, and provides services for students with mild to moderate disabilities needs in employment.
The SWAP Coordinator will work within each of our high school programs in collaboration with Special Education case managers and CDE/Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR).
The SWAP Coordinator will review work awareness, work exploration, and work preparation activities completed in the IEP and Individual Career and Academic Plan through DVR.
