- We are housed within the eleven (11) public elementary schools within the Falcon, Power, and Sand Creek Zones.
- BASE49 is actively seeking individuals who are passionate about working with children. We have positions open across the three zones of District 49, such as site leads and assistant teachers.
- As a site lead or assistant, you will be responsible for checking children in and out of the program, monitoring outdoor/indoor physical activities, and assisting with STEM, and arts/crafts activities.
- We work closely with and build relationships with other District 49 staff such as teachers, principals, administrators, etc. Our team members are also sometimes called upon to perform clerical and janitorial needs when required, within our program.
- As a BASE49 team member, you will have the flexibility of a split shift during school days. The required hours per day vary between the different positions. However, within the split shift structure, as a team member you will be required to work a minimum of three and a half hours in the morning (before school) and three and a half hours in the afternoon (after school).
- We also offer full-day programs during most non-school days, such as Fall Break, Winter Break, etc, and can be flexible at times with our employees' scheduling needs, because of the split shift model. We value reliable and flexible individuals seeking to be a part of our team.
