Welcome to BASE49 Summer 2024!

               

 

BASE49 is happy to provide a warm, safe, fun and quality K-5 Summer Camp for children!  At BASE49, we provide each student with a fun-filled environment that will engage and challenge them. We offer the choice to participate in one or all of our daily activities, including: STEM, Creation, WRAP or Fitness Zones. Daily exploration curriculum will engage your child with opportunities to make choices each day and interact with friends! Children will also be attending weekly field trips!

BASE49 accepts children ages 5 years through 11 years who are fully potty-trained.

Summer BASE49 Hours Of Operation

6:00am - 6:00pm (late fees will be applied when picking up after 6:00pm) 

Summer 2024 Program Rates

Registration fee per student: $70.00

(discounts do not apply to registration fees, and registration fees are non-refundable, registration fees are charged on your first invoice)

$230.00 per week ($46.00 per day), per student

• This program is a consistent Monday-Friday (not including holidays) option for students in which families can select the weeks they would like childcare. Families can select the weeks they would like childcare when registering. 

• Any weekly cancellations must be received in writing to the base49@d49.org no later than Wednesday prior to the scheduled week of care. Specific days cannot be canceled.

Discounts: (applied to accounts for legal guardians that meet the criteria)

• Military families receive 10% off of tuition

• Multi-child families receive 10% off of their oldest child's tuition

• District 49 full-time, full-year employees receive 50% off tuition

Summer FAQs

What should my child(ren) wear and bring everyday?

• Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing
• Closed-toe shoes
• Water bottle
• Lunch (cold/ready to serve)

Does BASE49 provide snacks?

• Yes, BASE49 provides two snacks a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

How are registrations approved?

• Registrations are approved on a first come, first served basis. 

After I register, what is the next step?

• After you complete the online registration, you will need to submit the required forms listed above. The forms should be fillable and can be sent to base49@d49.org

When are invoices sent? 

• Invoices are sent per week for the week ahead. Invoices are due the Friday before the scheduled week of care.

Does BASE49 credit/refund if my student is absent?

• BASE49 does not credit/refund if your student is absent.

What is the deadline to cancel a week of Summer Camp?

• Families must email BASE49 (base49@d49.org) by Wednesday prior to the scheduled week in order to cancel. BASE49 does not refund/credit accounts with changes made after the Wednesday cut off date.
