Education Technology

District 49’s Education Technology team supports staff and students in the use of technology for daily instruction and assessment. The team provides expertise in the areas of education technology, instructional technology, learning management, computer-based assessments, Google Workspace for Education, Student Data Privacy, Digital Citizenship, Accessibility, Apple mobile device technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI). 

Brent Buena is the Coordinator of Technology, overseeing the EdTech Team as well as the Infrastructure Team.

Rachel Jeffrey is a TOSA for Education Technology with a focus on classroom instruction.  

Susan Murray-Carrico is the Education Technology Specialist with a focus on computer-based assessments. 

Trinity Wedde is the Education Technology Technician.
