2024-25 Facility Rental Rates

ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS
Cafeteria/Commons: $40.00 per hour
Gymnasium: $40.00 per hour
Classrooms: $35.00 per hour
Fields See “Field Rentals” section
Outside Areas: $35.00 per hour
Parking Lot: $35.00 per hour

MIDDLE SCHOOLS
Cafeteria/Commons: $70.00 per hour
Gymnasium: $60.00 per hour
Classrooms: $35.00 per hour
Fields (Soccer, Baseball, Softball) See “Field Rentals” section
Parking Lot: $35.00 per hour

HIGH SCHOOLS
Auditorium: $125.00 per hour
- Requires a stage technician unless specified otherwise in the rental
agreement

Dressing Rooms: $25.00 per hour
- For auditorium/stage
Set up/Strike time for auditorium: $45.00 per hour
Cafeteria/Stage and Commons: $80.00 per hour
Gymnasium: $80.00 per hour
Field House (Sand Creek HS only): $60.00 per hour
Classrooms: $35.00 per hour
Outside Areas: $40.00 per hour
Parking Lot: $35.00 per hour

NOTES
Custodial Services: $40.00 per hour
- Charged on weekends and after normal hours (for overtime and benefits)
- Charged only in 4- and 8-hour time blocks
Snow Removal :$55.00 per hour – 1 hour minimum
All facilities will be ready 15 minutes before contracted time.
Lessors are expected to vacate areas no later than 15 minutes after contracted time, or
overtime fees will be incurred.
Overtime fees will be charged if facility is not vacated by the specified allowance time.
Personnel fees are billed for coverage outside normal custodial hours.
Ropes courses, climbing walls, and weight rooms are not available for rental.
Field use is subject to closure due to overuse, water restrictions, and maintenance.
Non-profit organizations, who can provide proof of their 501(c)(3) status, are entitled to
a 50% discount on building rental rates – NOT on field rentals.

BILLING
Payments are required as specified in the rental agreement.
Please pay by cash, check, or money order, made payable to El Paso County School
District 49. Credit cards are not accepted.
Checks returned by the bank will be referred to collections.
No space can be reserved until a facility rental agreement has been signed and
returned to the District.

FIELD RENTALS (for ALL schools)
Tennis Courts: $40.00 per hour
Soccer Field – Natural Grass: $50.00 per hour
In-field Track: $50.00 per hour
Baseball Field - Natural Grass: $50.00 per hour
- Artificial Turf: $75.00 per hour
Softball Field - Natural Grass: $50.00 per hour
Stadiums (football field) To be negotiated based on event

Stadium Lights (for night events) $200.00 per hour
