  • District 49's information map is published to help families in the Pikes Peak region understand their school systems, and potential variances in demographical conditions by county, district, ZIP and neighborhood levels.  Encompassing 133 square miles of areas in Colorado Springs and unincorporated portions in the Falcon area of El Paso County, District 49 is one of Colorado's fastest growing school districts.  Falcon Zone is located in the most eastern portion of the district, POWER Zone in the northwest and Sand Creek Zone in the southwest.
