Our Back to School Parent Orientation is scheduled for August 2, 2022.  Please arrive promptly for your scheduled time of 8:00 or 9:30 am.  Presentations will start on time.  

8:00 - 9:00 am - NEW 2nd graders

9:30 - 10:30 am - NEW 3rd & NEW 4th graders

11:00 - 12:00 pm - Returning ALLIES students

Please bring school supplies on this day.  Schedules will be given out on this day.

The first day back for ALLIES will be August 3, 2022.

Important Back-to-School Information

First Day of School: 

School begins for all ALLIES students on August 3, 2022. The bell rings at 8:15 am and classes begin at 8:20 a.m. The first day is usually extra busy with new families, plenty of pictures, and the excitement of a new school year. Please arrive early and use extra caution in the parking lot, Kiss-n-Go Lane, and the streets around the school. Thank you!

School Hours: 8:20 a.m. - 3:05 p.m.

Breakfast is served from 7:55 - 8:15 a.m. in the OES/ALLIES cafeteria.
Students may line up by ALLIES doors at 8:10 a.m.
The first bell will be at 8:20 a.m. in homeroom class.
(Homeroom class assignments to be communicated at Back-to-School Day.)

Student Activity Fee: 

There will be a $25 activity fee for all ALLIES students. This fee will be used for science learning, team-building exercises, PBiS systems & awards, and grade-level experience activities.  This is a required fee that is used to support our ALLIES students.

2022-2023 Classroom Assignments:

 Students are on a 50-minute rotation schedule and will visit each teacher every day.  Student schedules and homeroom teacher assignments will be reviewed on Back-to-School "Day".

Back-to-School Day: 

Our Back-to-School Day will be Tuesday, August 2, 2022.  Please arrive promptly, at your scheduled time of 8:00 or 9:30 am.  Presentations will begin on time.

11:00 - 12:00 pm - Returning ALLIES students

This informative event will be a time when you can drop off your school supplies, learn about the unique workings of ALLIES and meet our staff. Each family will begin in the Blended Learning Lab and walk through their child’s schedule for a practice run following a brief presentation with Mrs. Thompson.  Please arrive at the Blended Learning Lab at your scheduled time.  You will receive your child’s schedule there and can then follow your child’s schedule for each class after the presentation.
