• Updates 7/26/18

    Additional Registration Updates to use:

    1. To create a new Parent/Student Portal account refer to the email you received containing the Parent/Student Access ID and Password.  If you did not receive an email containing access codes, please contact your student's school to obtain this information. https://www.d49.org/domain/239
    2.  When you follow the directions from the  PS Parent Account Creation Guide D49 (PDF attachment), the second part of the set up instructions explains you can link your student’s account by showing you where to enter the student’s first and last name. You will then be asked to enter your Access ID and password (not the student Access/ID).
    3. Once you have created the parent account you can go back to the login screen PS Student and Parent Sign In and use the student ID/password to let your student also log in through the Student and Parent Sign In screen (you don't have to create a separate account for them). A new screen will pull up and ask the student to enter the current password (The Student Access Password sent to you). Next, the student will pick a new password. New passwords must be at least 8 characters, one uppercase, one lowercase letter, contain one letter, one number, and a special character.

We hope this update is helpful, and we thank you for your continued patience as we update these systems for the new school year.

  • Dear D49 Family,

We thank you for your patience as we transition to the PowerSchool Student Information System. Our staff is working diligently to ensure the new parent portal is a user-friendly, one-stop shop, to meet the needs of our families before the start of the 2018-2019 school year. This transition will inactivate your current portal, hosted by Infinite Campus, as of July 21.

Please watch for emails from D49 with information on how to create a new PowerSchool Parent/Student account.

Please contact your student's school after July 23 to get your schedules for SY 2018-2019, and for assistance in getting an unofficial transcript or report card.

Thank you for your ongoing patience during this transition as we prepare for an exciting and successful school year at School District 49.
