  • This year, PPEC students embarked on a Mindfulness journey. We learned how to begin our mindful practice by starting each Friday with a 15-minute mindful session. During this process, students learned about the Tibetan Singing bowls, how Essential Oils can help with their mindset and mood, how to breathe in order to relax, and they even participated in a few yoga sessions with the SSAE Elementary school students!
    Next year will are creating a Mindful room for students to come to whenever they feel the need to relax a bit during their stressful day.
