  • Welcome to the 2017-18 school year at Springs Studio for Academic Excellence. We are excited to launch our eighth school year and to provide your family with a unique educational opportunity. We will be kicking off the school year on July 31 with a Back-to-School Ice Cream Social from 3:00 - 5:30 p.m. (Non-dairy and gluten free options will be available.)
     
    In addition, there is a Skate City Night already planned at their Austin Bluffs location for all grades Sept. 12 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
     
    Important Dates for Grades K - 5

    Aug. 9 - Face-to-face parent/learning coach training, 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. or 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. (Sign-up will be sent prior to the start of school.)

    Aug. 9 & 11 - Lifetouch Picture Day. All students and learning coaches will need pictures for school IDs.

    Aug. 11 & 14 - DIBELs reading and math testing for all K-5 students.

    Aug. 16: First official day of in-building iLearning School.

     

    Important Dates for Grades 6 - 8 

    Aug. 7 - Required training for all students, 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Please bring a nut-free lunch.

    Important Forms Needed - Please be sure to complete the Affidavit of Residence (one per family), health form, and free and reduced lunch application prior to August 1. For quick access, visit the Resources section on this page for all applications.

  • Free Sports-School Physicals for Military Connected Students - Active duty and retired military families are invited to start the school year of strong with free sports and school physicals for students ages 4-21. Physicals will be provided at the Warrior Family Medical Clinic at Evans Army Community Hospial on Fort Carson. Bring ID cards for sponsor and children age 10 or older and any immunization records with you. Call the Access to Care line at (719) 524-2273 to set up an appointment. Available dates and times:

    Saturday, July 22: 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
    Saturday, Aug. 5: 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
