Students can pick up their schedule July 19th and 20th. This is required for all incoming students to attend. Please plan on spending 45 minutes to complete the process, if you would like to complete all paperwork prior to the event please print the required signature page and health form and send your student in with that document. Both of these forms are required in order for the student to receive a schedule.
7th graders can pick up schedule between 9AM-2PM on the 19th. Please pay attention to the assigned times listed on the flier below for your grade level.
8th grade is from 2PM-5PM on the 19th.
6th Graders will be picking up schedules on July 20th - see flier for exact times for your alphabet.
Please be aware of the school fees for the 2017-2018 school year. A supply fee of $45 is required for all students, the only item your child will need is a backpack. The school also has a $10 activity fee which will be used for field trips or guest speakers. Additional $15 fees are assigned if your student is taking band or orchestra. Please remember you must reapply each year for financial assistance. Parents/Guardians can complete the application online and bring in the approval letter to have fees reduced/waived.
If your student participates in athletics, they will have additional fees assessed:
Football - $60
Volleyball, Boys & Girls Basketball, Wrestling, and Softball - $50
Cross Country and Track - $45
Free Sports-School Physicals for Military Connected Students - Active duty and retired military families are invited to start the school year of strong with free sports and school physicals for students ages 4-21. Physicals will be provided at the Warrior Family Medical Clinic at Evans Army Community Hospial on Fort Carson. Bring ID cards for sponsor and children age 10 or older and any immunization records with you. Call the Access to Care line at (719) 524-2273 to set up an appointment. Available dates and times:
Saturday, July 22: 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 5: 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
