Cultural Compass Survey Responses
The 2016-2017 cultural compass survey was open from Friday, Dec. 9, to Tuesday, Jan. 31. The district's leadership teams encouraged maximum participation with this instrument, which gives valuable insight into the district's dynamic school culture. These results are not based on evidence-driven investigations by trained professionals, rather more subjective parent and student perspectives. In the full data set, there are responses to several optional open-ended questions, to include an opportunity to share a story about a school.
While parents were provided updates through the district's communications department, student-level participation was school led. School administration teams focused on empowering all students to take their student survey at school.
