Welcome to the 4th Grade at Ridgeview Elementary!

Hi! My name is Mrs. Hayes and I have the privilege of being one of Ridgeview Elementary's Fourth Grade Teachers. I joined RVES in 2022 and have loved every moment here.  From the teachers, administration, and families - they're all amazing!

I am a military spouse who began as a stay-at-home mom and then decided a few years later to go back to school and get my degree in Elementary Education at Southwestern College.  I am originally from California and, as a military spouse, have had the opportunity to live in Kentucky, Japan, Kansas, California, Korea, and now Colorado.  I have worked in both the elementary and high school settings over the last several years, where I have had the privilege of meeting and working with some incredible kids.  I also have my own children in both high school and middle school here in District 49.

In my free time I love to work out, lift weights, and just get out and enjoy life.  My family and I love to spend our weekends watching movies and camping. Spending time with my family is my joy. 

In my classroom, I believe that all children will succeed.  I promise to challenge the kids, care for them, love them, and help them achieve their very best.
