My name is Sharon Diffenderfer (most everyone calls me Mrs. D) and I am the RISE teacher for Skyview Middle School.

My husband and I have been married for 30+ years and we have three sons, two of whom are on the Autism Spectrum. I have a degree in Elementary Education and a Master's in Special Education. I have been a Special Education teacher for over 15 years, teaching in all areas of Special Education. In my free time, I enjoy reading, sewing, and working in my garden (in Colorado, that's a challenge!).

I recently joined the Skyview team after moving back to Colorado from South Carolina. Skyview is a great place to be - it feels like coming home.
