My name is Kerrie Merritt and I am your new 4th grade teacher. I am so excited to be joining this incredible community. 

My family and I moved to Colorado Springs (Peyton) in January 2021 from Southern California. We love this community and are happy to call it home. 

My husband works in the sales industry. I have two sons, a 7th grader at Falcon Middle School and a 3rd grader at Meridian Ranch Elementary. I most recently was a SPED Paraprofessional at Meridian Ranch. 

In my spare time, I love cheering on my boys in their sports, rooting for the USC Trojans (I got my Masters Degree there), cooking (not baking), thrift store shopping, trying out new restaurants, playing games as a family and doing craft projects. My favorite place to be is at the beach. 

I look forward to getting to know each of you. This is going to be an incredible year.
