Hi, my name is Mady Pritchard, soon-to-be Mrs. Hill, and I am a second-grade teacher here at RVES. I recently got engaged and will be getting married this June. 

I have worked with children in some form or another my entire life. Teaching children is truly a passion for me. My classroom, without question, is my happy place. I grew up in Colorado Springs, actually having attended D49 for the entirety of my K-12 education. If that does not speak to the impact on the district, I am not sure what will. I then went on to UCCS, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (theater). I have been at Ridgeview for just over a year now and plan to stay here for as long as humanly possible. I promise you will feel that way too.

Much like the culture at Ridgeview, students who are a part of my classroom are seen, heard, and accepted. I pride myself on my ability to take my students on for who they are and mold their education to their needs. 

I look forward to continuing to watch my students grow and getting to know them more and more with each day that goes by.
