Welcome Evans families!

  I am new at Evans this year!  I have taught in many different schools and districts.  Ten years ago, I taught at District 11 at Lincoln, Bates, and McAulliffe Elementary schools in grades 2 and 3.  I taught for 2 years in Kansas City in the Shawnee Mission school district in 4th grade.  Then, the past 8 years I have been in my hometown of Goodland, Kansas teaching 3rd and 4th grades.   I love being a part of such a wonderful school!  I moved here to Colorado Springs from Goodland, Kansas in the summer of 2022.  I have a Bachelor's in Elementary Education and Masters Degree in Curriculum & Instruction with an Emphasis in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages through the University of Kansas.  Rock Chalk Jayhawks!   I love being a Teacher and making a difference in a child.
