Hello!

My name is Windy Hart and I am the Affective Needs teacher at Horizon Middle School. I am entering my 8th year of teaching and this will be my 7th year at HMS. My background is in Social Studies and Special Education and I have worked at the elementary, middle, and high school levels in various roles. 

I grew up in northern Minnesota (SKOL Vikes!) and moved to Colorado Springs in 1993. I have three daughters who have left the nest and one spoiled Boston Terrier. In my down time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, camping, and kayaking.
