My name is Jennifer Unruh and this will be my first year at Stetson Elementary.  I'm excited to be on board with a great team of teachers.  This upcoming year marks my 24th year of teaching.  I grew up in Denver, completed my undergrad work in Elementary, Special Education, and Early Childhood in New Mexico.  I later received my Masters in Special Education from the University of Denver.  I love Colorado Springs and the vast number of hiking opportunities, walking and biking paths, along with the scenic view that I have the chance to see every day of the Rocky Mountains.  I have been married for 4 years and my husband works as a postal carrier.
