Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Kassi Nemeth
I am so excited to be teaching 2/3rd grade for my third year at FHEP! My husband and I call Falcon our home. We have three children plus two super grand babies. Two of our daughters have graduated and our son will be a junior at Falcon High School this year. Over the years, I have had the privilege of homeschooling my own children and watching them grow in public school at different times. I have a huge heart for homeschoolers and the homeschool lifestyle, so I love being a part of the FHP community. Teaching has always been a passion of mine and I feel beyond blessed to learn with our students in 2/3rd grade.
This year, in our 2/3rd grade classes, we will be studying two people groups that shaped our country: the Pilgrims and the Pioneers. As scientists in the fall, we will be exploring severe weather and how it affects living things. In the spring, we will be discussing living things: life cycles, habitats, and adaptations. Our upcoming field trips will include a visit from a meteorologist in the fall and a trip to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in the spring. For a more detailed description of our unit objectives for the year, please see the attached link below for our 2022-2023 Scope and Sequence.
If you have not enrolled in our program and you would like more information about our enrichment program please see the informational video by our principal by Ms. Katie.
I look forward to meeting our new families and seeing some familiar faces. We are going to have a great year!
