High School Classes: Mondays or Wednesdays & All Hybrid Students on Fridays

7:30 am - 2:45 pm

No student arrivals earlier than 7:15 am

Pick up no later than 3:15 pm

Student Drop-Off Procedures

• Students will need to be dropped off on the south side of our campus (see map below)

• We ask that parents or person dropping off remain in their car until the student is cleared to enter the building (after thermometer check)

• In an effort to maintain personal distancing space and ensure we do not have too many students in our front entry at once, students may be asked to wait outside (weather permitting) until the lobby clears.  

• Parents/guardians, should you need to speak with a member of our staff during drop-off time, please call Mrs. Chelly Hardman, PPEC receptionist, and she will send that staff member out to your car.

 Student Pick-Up Procedures

• Students will need to be picked up on the south side of our campus (see map below)

• We ask that parents or person picking up remain in the drop off line in their car until their student has exited the building.  Please remember, the drop-off and pick-up lane is a one-way street

• In an effort to maintain personal distancing space and ensure we do not have too many students in our front entry at once waiting to leave, students may be asked to wait outside (weather permitting) for their ride.  

• Parents/guardians, should you need to pick your student up from school early, we ask that you park your vehicle and come into the lobby and ask for your student. Please bring a photo ID with you when you enter for verification purposes.  You are welcome to text your student to let them know you are here to expedite the process if you would like.
