SCHS Football Announcements
Our plan is to run sessions on Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays. During their session time they will focus on speed and agility movements along with their strength training. Right now we plan to have 3 sessions per day depending on the number of athletes that sign up for this program. Sessions will run 7am-8:30, 8:30am-10am and then 11am-1pm.I have attached the google form to sign up for Summer Strength and Conditioning. Please feel free to share this with your teams. I have also attached the QR code form if you would like to print a copy and have them sign up using that. I also have these forms posted outside the weight room and outside my office door.
