Submit an "IT Request" for assistance with information technology maintenance, such as those issues related to instructional technologies, operating systems, computer viruses, email accounts or network connectivity.
Choose the "Curriculum Management" icon in Step 3 for employee assistance with the student information system. Ask for help with administering Infinite Campus gradebook, transcript, assessment or attendance data, or with concerns related to its schedules, messengers, surveys and enrollments. Parents and students can find help with accessing Parent Portal or Student Portal at D49.org/ParentPortal.If you need help with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, custodial, alarm systems or grounds work, submit a "Maint Request."
