Pam Holloman

Hello and Welcome to Inspiration View Elementary School!

I am extremely honored and excited to serve our IVES community as the assistant principal. District 49 has been my home for over 20 years; first as a parent of students in the district and then as an employee serving students, teachers, and school communities.

Walking alongside and supporting teachers, students, and our classroom families is my passion! Before coming to IVES, I taught at both the elementary level and secondary level. During this time, I was able to gain valuable experience through teaching at an International Baccalaureate(IB) School as well as a school that focused on personalized learning for all students. Most recently, I served as an instructional coach for three years and this past year, as an academic dean. I earned my undergraduate degree at Emmaus Bible College and my graduate degree at Regis University.

Inspiration View’s commitment to arts integration is close to my heart. Before teaching in the public school setting, I was a private and group piano teacher. My thesis for my graduate degree was on integrating the arts into the regular classroom. I have seen firsthand the positive impact the arts can have in the life of a child. It is so exciting to see arts integrated learning becoming a reality for our d49 students. Watching our students grow through exploring their passions, experiencing learning through creativity and collaboration, and making lasting connections to their learning through the various art forms will be absolutely amazing!

On a personal note, I have been married to my wonderful husband, Andrew, for over 30 years. We have three amazing children, all of whom graduated from District 49.

Once again, I want to welcome each and every one of you to Inspiration View Elementary School! As Kristy said, we look forward to learning your stories and, together with all of you, creating the story of Inspiration View. Thank you for giving us the opportunity and privilege of working with your children. It’s going to be a great year!

Sincerely,

Pam Holloman
