"Hello Stetson families! I am so excited to be teaching first grade this year and working with your littles. I was born and raised in Colorado Springs and am very familiar with this community. I graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Arts in Inclusive Elementary Education. My coursework at UCCS was elementary education focused, but also included learning how to provide meaningful education to a diverse population of learners, including SpEd and CLDE students. I attended Stetson Elementary School myself as a child and am so honored to be coming back here as a teacher! When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family and friends, reading, painting, and binge watching a Netflix series or two.
