Hello! My name is Brittney Schantz. I am beyond excited to have the opportunity to teach your little ones! I grew up in Lamar, a small town in southeast Colorado.  My husband, Chris and I just celebrated our 4th anniversary in May.  We have Adeline, our 2 year old daughter and a very hyper but adorable puppy named Harper. I love to read, spend time with my friends and family and travel.  My husband and I are foster parents which is something we are both very passionate about and hope to adopt some time in the future.

I obtained my bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies and then continued my education at Metro State-Denver where I studied Early Childhood Education.  This is my 7th year teaching and I am so happy to be at Ridgeview Elementary and am excited to get to know each and every one of you.
