Mrs. Erin Holmstedt
Hello! My name is Erin Holmstedt and I am so excited to be on the 2nd-grade team at MRES! I have taught first grade in Wyoming and second and third grade at Ridgeview Elementary in District 49. I can't believe that this will be my 11th year teaching! I earned my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wyoming and my Master's degree from Western Colorado State University in Educator Effectiveness-Reading Instruction.
My family moved to Colorado Springs in 1996 and I attended Remington Elementary School, Skyview Middle School, and Sand Creek High School in District 49. When I am not in my classroom, I love spending time with family, reading, and playing with my toy Australian Shephard, Tailee.
