Hello! I am so happy to be "teaching" visual art at Skyview Middle School. I use quotes because I only guide my students using visual art vocabulary, processes, and use of materials.  It is up to my students to use that information to create their own art and present it to the community, whether in our school or in our public community.

I use my background in sales, marketing, and customer service to find opportunities for our students to become active in our community.  I have the strong belief that art helps build community and I want our students to use their artistic skills to find their place and contribute to a positive culture.

I will always encourage new ways to solve problems, and I find that when given the freedom to make choices, our students will develop and build our culture into one that is kind and positive.
