Peak Vista Community Health Centers provides basic healthcare to district students and their siblings, 21 years old and younger, Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The summer hours are Mondays and Thursdays, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. To enroll as a patient or make appointment, call 719.344.6247, during regular business hours.
