Hello! My name is Jennifer Schawe. I was born and raised here in Falcon, Colorado. I have lived on my family's 40 acres for my entire life. I attended school in District 49. In high school, I met my husband and we have now been married since 2009. We have three beautiful little girls. 

I graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2008 with a Bachelors degree in Biology/Elementary Education. From there, I taught in Fountain Fort Carson School District 8 for six years. There I taught first grade for 3 years and second grade for 3 years. After that, I became a first grade teacher here at Meridian Ranch. I have been teaching here since 2014! I'm so excited to be back teaching in the town I grew up in! I also have a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in literacy. I'm so excited to be teaching first grade again and I know it will be an amazing year!
