Mrs. Christy O'Hare

Christy O’Hare is a recent transplant from Central California.  She and her husband of 27 years, Mike, raised their three kids in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada’s.  Their love for the great outdoors is what brings them and two of their three adult children to the beautiful state of Colorado.

One of Christy’s greatest joys was having the opportunity to be a stay-at-home mom for 20 years, raising her three children. After which she returned to the work force with a variety of jobs which she enjoyed, such as a One on One aide at their local elementary school, an assistant cheer coach for their local high school team, and various other clerical jobs in the central valley.  Christy and her husband Mike, had originally planned on making the move to Colorado after retirement, but had the mind set of “if now, when?” So they packed up their one daughter, one son (the other son is currently in New Zealand), one dog & one cat and made the journey out here. They could not be happier with their decision to take the leap of faith and dive right in to the Colorado way of life.

Christy is excited to see what this new journey brings to her and her family.  When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with the family, fishing, hiking, skiing, camping, and exploring Colorado.  Christy looks forward to learning more about her new community, embracing every experience and making FESoT a place to call home.
