I am a First Grade teacher at Odyssey Elementary School in Colordo Springs, Colorado. This is my 21st year of teaching, as well as my 21st year as a First Grade teacher. I became a teacher after leaving a successful career as a retail buyer. Teaching is a profession that allows me the privilege to educate the wonderful minds of the students in my classroom each year.

My husband and I have two grown sons, ages 24 and 25. We love football and hiking, and playing card games as a family.
