Welcome to Project Based Learning & Technology!

I first started my teaching career back in 1998. The look on kids’ faces is priceless when I tell them I was teaching in the “nineteen hundreds!”  I’ve had the opportunity to work with students at both the elementary and middle school level. FUN while LEARNING is my motto! I want students excited to come to PBL/Tech & ready to take on new challenges. My goal is to teach students to think critically, problem solve, communicate, collaborate, and create projects based on grade level standards. Students have choices on how to learn, how to practice, and what their evidence of learning will look like. Technology is woven into PBL through the teaching of computer basics, keyboarding, digital citizenship, online safety, research skills, creativity with tech tools, software programs, coding, and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math).

I'm looking forward to working with your child and having a great school year! Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
