Requests Transcripts

  • There is a $5 fee to request official transcripts for alumni. The fee can be paid with cash, check, or money order payable to Falcon High School. Requests with payment can be mailed to:

    During the dates of June 12th to July 11th, there will be no office hours, please fill out the Google form & mail payment. 
     

    What If The School Is On Break?  

     
    During Summer break, transcript service will be online only from June 12th to July 11th.  Transcripts will be mailed two times a week with the exception of no transcript service the week of July 1st to July 5th.  For further assistance during breaks please email callen@d49.org. This email will be checked two times a week, with the exception of the week of July 1-5. If you need assistance beyond transcripts and records requests, our zone secretaries assist with general questions with the exception of July 1-5.
