Hello! My name is Gabriela Caban and I am the first grade DLI teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. This will be my first year teaching and I just graduated from UCCS with my bachelors in Inclusive Elementary Education.

I am originally from Puerto Rico but I grew up in a military family so I have moved around a lot growing up. I am also in the Air Force Reserves and I have been in the military for 4 years now.

Outside of the classroom I love to read, listen to music, watch movies, and go to the pool in the summer. I am so excited to start this year and to be apart of the Stetson family!
