Hi, my name is Matt Earman. I am coming from Virginia where I have been teaching PE for 7 years. This will be my first year at IVES. I look forward to meeting everyone and get moving. I strive to have a classroom that inspires children to embrace an active lifestyle inside and outside of the classroom.

In my free time, I am usually hanging out with my partner Kat and my dog Artemis. I really enjoy being outdoors, which is what has drawn me to Colorado for the next chapter of my life. In my free time I like to run, hike, and bike. I have been a competitive runner for most of my life. My next marathon is coming up in October at the Chicago Marathon. I am a big sports fan. If I am not doing an outdoor activity you can catch me at a sporting events.
