Hey! My name is Benjamin Honeycutt. I started at Horizon in August 2023 and began my teaching career in the Fall of 2016. I work to help students find their space to pursue their passions in school. My wife, Natalie, is a High School French teacher who I met while attending the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!) Natalie and I have two children and have found a home in Colorado Springs. 

Outside of the classroom, I write school curriculum and serve in the field of educational non-profits. I spend my summers working as a writer and in video production — two passions that I found thanks to my past teachers — and I’m driven to pay it forward as a teacher today.
