  • Homeschool Students Honored at Completion Ceremony

    It’s the season for celebrating the milestone of completing a K-12 education. For area homeschool students, graduation is no exception. Five homeschool high school seniors were honored for their completion during a special ceremony May 19 at the Creekside Success Center.

    Falcon Homeschool Enrichment Program students enjoyed recess on their playground equipment for the first time in its new home Sept. 5.

  • A New Year, A New Space For Falcon Homeschool Academic Program

    "We've even got a gym and a science lab," said Jess McAllister, Falcon Homeschool Program principal, as she addressed students for the first time at Falcon Legacy Campus.

  • Two-Hour Delay: Wednesday, January 23

    Dear District 49 Families, We are keeping a close eye tonight on lingering conditions from this week’s winter storm. Due to slick roads and serious wind chills predicted to last into the morning, we will delay school by two hours for Wednesday, January 23.

  • CLOSED- January 22

    Dear District 49 Families, An active blizzard is causing hazardous driving conditions, so District 49 is closed for Tuesday, January 22, 2019. Many roads are already impassable, and Highway 24 is closed indefinitely. Falcon High School will remain on an E-learning day schedule, and Springs Studio will have a virtual schedule.

  • The Falcon Homeschool Enrichment Program provides resources and academically engaging, friendship-building opportunities to homeschooled students in a nurturing and respectful environment. We support students in grades K-12 through two distinct and unique programs, our Falcon Homeschool Enrichment Program and our Falcon Homeschool Academic Program.
