How to Join: Students must 1) be in a music program (band/choir/or private lessons) for a year 2) be recommended by teacher 3) apply for membership 4) be selected by chapter officers

TRI-M is a national honor society for students that excel in musical achievements (choir and band) at the middle and high school grade levels. TRI-M is also an international organization of students who give of their time and talents by performing gratis for schools, churches, and civic clubs. Eighth and seventh grade students are recommended and selected to be members of TRI-M based on their commitment and leadership abilities.
