How to Join: Must be elected by student body at the beginning of the year

The Skyview Middle School Student Council is an organization dedicated to community service, enhancing school spirit, and improving the overall student experience at Skyview. Student representatives must campaign and be elected by their peers at the beginning of the school year. There are four representatives for each grade level and 8th graders serve in leadership positions.

Student Council meets weekly and is responsible for running the school store, working concessions for athletic events, and organizing various fundraising and community service events throughout the year. Major projects include the Harvest of Love Food Drive in the fall and the Teacher vs. Student charity basketball game in the spring.
